I’m a bit late posting this, but last Monday, I attending the M.A.C. Pro Masterclass on runway trends. The class was $100 but you were able to redeem that for product. The presentation was really nice and Jane the M.A.C. Senior Artist who was facilitating the class showed us two different looks fresh on the spring/summer 10 runways. Sorry no pics- I wouldn’t be allowed to show them so I didn’t take any.
The first look has to my favourite. It consisted of a sheer wash of colour using Tan Pigment placed in the crease, generous coats of mascara, and #7 lashes. For the checks, Lilicent Blushcream was placed on the apples of the cheeks and blended and Pearl Cream Colour Base was used to highlight the cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose and above the cupid’s bow. The Pearl CCB was lightly dusted with Silver Dusk Iridescent loose powder. Now because the rest of the face was kept light the colour on the lips were amped up with Morange lipstick. As four foundation, it was kept to a minimum and only placed where needed; same thing for concealer.
I don’t have all the products used to create the look but here’s my re-creation of it using the things that are in my stash.
